They still charge clients with No service
My last service with hair club was 02/20/20 they charge my account 389.00 0n 03/01 but canceled my 03/24/20 service, now they charge me another 389.00 on 04/01 and continue with no service, after calling several times finally got ahold of the manager and he told me in my face they can't credit me for the lost service but they can give me an additional service in the future, I dont feel comfortable with that answer knowing that on 05/01 they will charge my account again. Thinking on disputing my charges with credit card.

From what I see this is happening at all the hair clubs they’re taking your payment for services you’re not getting for hair you’re not getting for products you’re not getting. Someone needs to report them to the attorney generals office.
They just debited my account for full month payment and I have not been there since March.
I don’t have to tell you how pissed off I am right now. And no one returned your call.
Wow that’s awful I am a client at Hauppauge Ny and they been sneaking clients in since covid they are doing clients from other centers give them a call !!
I haven't been this year, and like you, still charging for services and goods that are unavailable these past three months. I'm luckier than most as I was alergic to their long time adhesive, so am able to take the hair off and reapply securely every other week.
Still....
it's past time for new hair and we're all paying for nothing. There WILL be a class action suit, and we WILL all be party to it.
Hi pat go online Hollywood lace hair and order a great system for 169 each they have hair replacement stylists in every area service fee is 100 so for gold member 6 heads of hair will cost you under 2000 a year
