hair money head people contract wig service hair loss products scam

Hair Club Cares

I am very pleased with what Hair Club has done for me. I now have the freedom to do what I want with my hair. All the insecurities I had with my hair are gone. I dont have to hide my thinning area on the top of my head. I finally wake up happy with a full head of hair and can do all the activities I have been avoiding due to the thinning of my hair. I have my freedom back!!!! I would recommend Hair Club to anyone who is having issues with their hair. I am a very happy client!

Hair club rip off

i paid $2,500.00 for six months of professional hair treatment. I have a comb with bright light in it. Some 4 oz bottles of shampoo & conditioner. I have a one moth supply of a hair growth fluid that only works on the crown of your head. I also get a hair cut once a month. The appointment is only valid if they do not have some wealthy client decide they want to be seen "NOW". I was a real dumb sucker to sign the contract. So I hope this will be fair warning to everyone. Stay away from these rip off. "professionals".

Constant cut backs, appointments seldom available overcharged $$$$$$ | Hair Club review from New York, New York

I had been a client for over 10 years. I the begining my "gold" level gave me 12 units annually, unlimited styles & shampoos and unlimited products. As time went on the units allowed decreased down to six per year. The free products went the way of the five cent Coca Cola bottles. The availablity of appointments became fewer & fewer. The ability of visiting out of town centers is also a streach. You can not count on getting a service in another center unless booked far in advance. The staff is always trying to upgrade your level and sell the overrated and highly overpriced hair care products. The quality of the units also became noticable poorer, probalbe to encourage me to upgrade. There are many salons who preform this type of service and a far lower cost and superior service. I realize that hair loss is a private matter but if you investigate orther possibilities, much better results can be realized.

The stylist in the Hoover Al office shaved my head and glued a full headpiece to my scalp. Hair Club recomends you wash your hair about every 2 or 3 days. Everytime you get it wet you are suppose to apply a scalp cleanser called "Alive". This is a antiseptic used to...

Alive is NOT an antiseptic at all, it is an enzyme solution. I wash my scalp every day, if you have an oily scalp, you have to. if you ask your stylist to wash your scalp more than once or twice, they will so your scalp does not itch.

Scammed Me, and Terrible Customer Service. | Hair Club review from Tuscaloosa, Alabama

In the consultation, They told me that the product would be applied strand by strand and blended into my natural hair. When I got there for my "Big Day", they shaved all my hair off, and came out with this wig, dripping water from it all over me. I was horrified. They have your money at that point, when you start complaining, they no longer want to deal with you. I'm going to do everything in my power to get the word out there about Hair Club shady business practices, and expose them for the crooks they really are.

I'm in South Florida and my hairdresser will order, and set a custom piece, color matched and all for just $200. Her pieces last 6 months or more with good care and she only charges $40 to reset,re-color match, style, etc.; which is needed for me every 3 weeks.

She gets her pieces from a manufacturer in China and is still able to make a profit.

Hair club sounds like a major ripoff. If you're in So Florida check out aaahhsomehair.com

Thank you for the information. I did not know about the required head shaving.

I checked around and others said the same thing. No Hair Club for me.

REFUND not received in timely manner | Hair Club review from Dallas, Texas

After giving HCFM Dallas a $500.00 deposit, I was informed I could not wear any topical products by my doctor. I immediately informed my sales person, who told me I needed a doctors note to get my refund. I emailed (2/10/2012) the doctors letter to the sales person. A week or more later she informed me I needed to sign some paper work, again she took her own sweet time to email me the form. On 3/10/2012, she claimed she sent it to its designated place. Looking at three months and no money. I do not recommend this place to give your money to. SCAM

Hair Club

I'd just like to say for those of you who have fallen for some jackasses' spiel on the phone - they have no clue what the *** they are talking about -they have most likely been put through a little customer service class & tell you what the company wants them to tell you! Guess it beats working at Mickey D's or Burger King (least you don't go home smelling like grease!) Ok wow now they want me to post one hundred freaking words - how *** is that? Ok so my birds are in their cages and covered up for the night.

This company was pretty much a joke. I went in for the free consultation where they convinced me I am at 'the perfect time' to start the treatments because I am thinning and haven't lost a whole lot so it would be more successful for me then those with more hair loss....

My son just got ripped off by The Hair Club. They never told him a word about having to pay another $264 a month after signing the initial contract amount.

Now they are telling him he cannot get anymore product or service if he doesn't join "the club" which means the piece is totally useless to him now.

They are a deceitful company and need to be investigated and shut down. Their business practices are nothing short of unethical.
